Shipping & FAQ

Shipping and handling fee does vary depending on weight of the item(s) being shipped. Items are normally shipped and delivered between 7-10 days after order is placed. HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING COULD TAKE LONGER .

All orders placed online are shipped directly to the customer.

The Brazillian Collection processing takes 5-7 business days.

The Raw Indian Collection processing takes up to 2 weeks. We source our raw hair directly from South India. NOT CHINA!

Shipping NORMALLY takes 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail or 2-5 days via First Class Mail. USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?

OBZ bundles are around 95-100g each.

A full sew-in weave with our hair requires approximately need 2-4 bundles.

We recommend 3-4 bundles for our more silkier textures such as straight. 

Purchase 3 of the same length for a more fuller look. EX: 20”, 20”, 20”. 

Keep in mind the longer the hair the smaller the weft will be so we recommend 3-4 bundles!

CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?

This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed & is not processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once Virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. It may no longer curl the way you bought it.

However, for lighter looks, we reccomend using The Idian Collection.

EX. Our Curly texture in The Brazilian Collection can loosen up the curl pattern if you decide to color your curly bundles. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized this will also determine the life of the hair.

Of course Indian life span is longer than Brazillian because it is RAW straight from India and not China (Brazillian)
